your final destination.
All
prices listed on our web site include shipping costs from Sweden to Real
Gustavian's Store front showroom in Great Barrington MA. To avoid any additional
shipping costs you can elect to pick up your purchase in person at our
showroom. Please keep in mind that we carry an inventory of hand
selected pieces. My furniture sells very quickly, therefore please
contact us if you are interested in a specific piece highlighted on the
web site as our inventory changes daily. We also take special orders.
If you would like us to find a special piece for you we can do so at no
additional charge. For special orders a 40% deposit is required
before the item ships from Sweden to the U.S. and is non refundable
We accept personal
checks, cashiers, bank checks , and all major credit cards. Sales tax will be
applied to all orders shipped within the state of Massachusetts.
We use
a local trucking
company that specializes in shipping antiques
for all of our deliveries. They have extensive experience in delivering
antiques across the country and take great care in safeguarding your
purchases.
Your antique will be
carefully blanket wrapped, delivered to your home or final destination.

Authorization must be given by Real Gustavian prior to the return
- Item must be returned by approved carrier within 14 days of original
delivery
- All return shipping and insurance expenses are the responsibility of
the purchaser
Upon receipt of the returned item, assuming the item is in the same
condition as when it was shipped, a refund will be made for the cost
of the item only. Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Returns
will not be accepted on special order items.
